Isoxaflutole 75%WDG 480g/l SC

Isoxaflutole is a selective, systemic herbicide that is primarily absorbed by the roots and foliage of plants. It is then translocated through the phloem and xylem to the entire plant. It can be used for weed control in crops such as corn, sugarcane, sugar beet, fruits and vegetables, cotton, and grains.

Features of Isoxaflutole

1. Broad Spectrum of Weed Control: Isoxaflutole has extensive herbicidal properties and can effectively control over 50 species of annual weeds, including broadleaf and grass weeds.
2.Secondary Herbicidal Function: After application, Isoxaflutole can remain stable on the soil surface during dry conditions. When exposed to rain or irrigation, its herbicidal activity can be reactivated, providing a secondary weeding function that is not found in other herbicides.
3. Good Safety Profile: Isoxaflutole degrades rapidly in the soil, leaving no residues on agricultural products and is relatively safe for human health.
4.Excellent Compatibility: Isoxaflutole exhibits excellent compatibility and can be mixed with herbicides such as isoproturon, pendimethalin, and thifensulfuron for enhanced weed control effectiveness.

Application

Isoxaflutole should be applied within one week after corn planting. The application method involves dissolving the herbicide in a small amount of water, then preparing a spray solution with 60 to 75 liters of water per acre, ensuring thorough mixing before evenly spraying it on the soil surface.

In spring corn planting areas, use 8 to 10 grams of 75% isoxaflutole water-dispersible granules combined with 130 to 160 milliliters of 50% acetochlor emulsifiable concentrate per acre (equivalent to 6 to 7.5 grams of active ingredient plus 65 to 80 grams).

In summer corn planting areas, apply 5 to 6 grams of 75% isoxaflutole water-dispersible granules together with 100 to 130 milliliters of 50% acetochlor emulsifiable concentrate per acre (equivalent to 3.75 to 5.25 grams of active ingredient plus 50 to 65 grams), or combine with 55 to 70 milliliters of 90% acetochlor, or with 80 to 100 milliliters of 72% dimethenamid-P or pre-emergence herbicide (equivalent to 58 to 72 grams of active ingredient).
