Carbaryl 98%TC 85%WP 500g/L SC Insecticide

Carbaryl is a highly effective, low-toxicity, low-residue broad-spectrum carbamate insecticide that has contact and stomach poison effects, along with slight systemic action. It inhibits acetylcholinesterase in target pests, demonstrating good efficacy against leafhoppers, planthoppers, and some difficult-to-control chewing pests such as the red cotton bug.

Application

1. Control of Vegetable Pests:

– For cabbage snails, apply 2.75-3 kg/acre of 5% granules during the occurrence period.

– For beet armyworms, spray a diluted solution of 25% wettable powder at a ratio of 1:400, or use 1.5-2.5 kg of 5% powder per acre for dusting.

– For cabbage caterpillars, spray a diluted solution of 25% wettable powder at a ratio of 1:150.

2. Control of Rice Pests:

– For rice planthoppers, apply during the peak of the early nymph stage using 80-100 g/acre of 85% wettable powder mixed with 50-60 kg of water, focusing on the lower parts of the rice plants. Depending on pest conditions, reapply every 7-10 days for 2-3 times.

– For rice leafhoppers, apply during the late seedling stage (4-5 leaves) or at the early stage of the crop when leaf tips begin to curl, using 2.5-3 kg/acre of 5% granules.

– For rice gall midges, apply 2.5-3 g/acre of Carbaryl 5% granules uniformly one week after transplanting, during the adult emergence to the egg-laying and hatching peak. Depending on the occurrence of pests, apply every 14 days for a total of 2-3 times.

– For rice leafhoppers, apply during the peak of the early nymph stage using 200-260 g/acre of Carbaryl 85% wettable powder, evenly sprayed.

When controlling rice pests, maintain a water level of 3-5 cm in the field for 3-5 days.

3. Control of Cotton Pests:

For cotton bollworm, apply during the peak of egg hatching to the early larval stage using 100-150g/acre of 85% wettable powder, evenly sprayed.

For pink bollworm, apply during the peak of adult emergence to the peak of oviposition using 200-300g/acre of 25% wettable powder, evenly sprayed.

For cutworms, apply from the egg hatching period to the early larval stage using 120-160g/acre of Carbaryl 85% wettable powder, evenly sprayed. Depending on pest conditions, reapply every 7-10 days, up to 3 consecutive times.

4. Control of Tobacco Pests:

For tobacco budworm, apply during the peak of egg hatching to the early larval stage using 100-260g/acre of Carbaryl 25% wettable powder, evenly sprayed.

5. Control of Soybean Podworm:

Apply during the peak of egg hatching to the early larval stage using 200-260g/acre of Carbaryl 25% wettable powder, evenly sprayed.

6. Control of Corn Borer:

Use 500g of Carbaryl 25% wettable powder mixed with 7.5-10kg of fine soil, then apply this mixture at the corn whorl, with 1g of the toxic soil applied per plant, or dilute the wettable powder 200 times with water and irrigate the leaf axils with 10mL per plant.
