Cyhalofop-Butyl 10%Me 20%EC 40%OD for Grass Control

Cyhalofop-Butyl is an aryl oxyphenoxy propionic acid herbicide that is a systemic herbicide. It is absorbed by the leaves and leaf sheaths of the plant, translocated in the phloem, and disrupts the normal cell growth and division. It effectively controls annual grass weeds in rice fields such as barnyard grass and goosegrass.

Application

1.Nursery field: Apply the herbicide when the barnyard grass is at the 1.5-2 leaf stage, using 30-50 milliliters of 10% Cyhalofop-Butyl per acre (active ingredient 3-5 grams), mixed with 30-40 liters of water, and spray on the stems and leaves.

2.Direct-seeded fields, broadcast-seeded fields, and transplanted fields: Apply the herbicide when the rice and grass are at the 2-4 leaf stage, using 50-80 milliliters of 10% Cyhalofop-Butyl per acre (active ingredient 5-8 grams), mixed with 30-40 liters of water, and process on the stems and leaves. Increase the dosage appropriately when controlling mature weeds.

For goosegrass, barnyard grass, Echinochloa crus-galli, and Setaria faberi at the 2-leaf 1-heart stage (various growth stages of rice), apply 100-200 milliliters per acre. Add 30 milliliters for each additional leaf of goosegrass, and increase the dosage when weed density is high (20-40 grams per acre based on different active ingredient concentrations). If weeds appear sporadically, spot spraying is recommended to reduce herbicide costs. It is not advisable to use Cyhalofop-Butyl when goosegrass enters the panicle stage.
