FENVALERATE EC

Fenvalerate 10% EC, 40g/L ULV Acaricide Termiticide

Fenvalerate belongs to the pyrethroid class of insecticides. It primarily acts through contact, with additional stomach poisoning and repellent effects. It effectively kills various external parasites and blood-sucking insects in livestock, such as mites, lice, fleas, ticks, mosquitoes, flies, and stable flies.

When harmful insects come into contact with Fenvalerate, the pesticide quickly enters their nervous system. This causes intense excitement and shaking, which rapidly leads to full-body paralysis. Eventually, the insects die. After applying Fenvalerate to the skin of livestock for mites, lice, and fleas, signs of poisoning appear within 10 minutes, and all insects die within 4 to 12 hours.

Fenvalerate is safe for animals and can be rapidly degraded both inside and outside the body.

It primarily acts through contact and stomach poisoning against pests, with no systemic or translocation capabilities. However, it does have some repellent effects and ovicidal activity. The efficacy of this pesticide exhibits a negative temperature effect, meaning it works better at lower temperatures than at higher ones. It can be mixed with various organophosphate and carbamate pesticides, resulting in synergistic effects.
