GLYPHOSATE 480GL SL

Glyphosate Herbicide 41%SL 480G/L IPA SL Weed Killer

Glyphosate is a non-selective herbicide. It effectively controls perennial root weeds and is widely used in rubber, mulberry, tea, orchard, and sugarcane fields. This herbicide mainly inhibits the enzyme 5-enolpyruvylshikimate-3-phosphate synthase in the plant. It blocks the conversion of shikimic acid to essential amino acids like phenylalanine, tyrosine, and tryptophan. As a result, protein synthesis is disrupted, leading to plant death.

Application

  1. Using Glyphosate in Orchards: Spray heads need to be lowered and directed when applying. Although the spacing between fruit trees is relatively large, it’s essential to pay attention during the application process.
  2. Using Glyphosate in Waste Land: Full-field spraying is acceptable. To enhance the herbicidal effect, it’s recommended to add organic silicone. If there are too many weeds in the waste land, one application might not be sufficient; multiple applications may be necessary.
  3. Using Glyphosate Along Roadsides and Field Margins: Spray glyphosate when weeds are in their vigorous growth stage, ensuring the spray is even and thorough.
  4. Using Glyphosate in Forestry: This typically involves perennial weeds. Apply the herbicide when the weeds are around 40 cm tall, add organic silicone to improve the herbicidal effect, and avoid spraying on trees.
  5. Using Glyphosate in Agricultural Fields: If there are crops in the field, glyphosate cannot be used for weeding. Generally, it should be applied after harvest and before sowing the next crop.
